The second introductory course on the goals
of sustainable development in the petrochemical industry was held in the
presence of the Deputy Minister's social responsibility advisor and CEO of the
National Petrochemical Company, representatives of the Excellence Award and the
social responsibility of petrochemical holdings and companies.
During the two-day course that began on Tuesday,
November 09, the petrochemical industry CSR strategy map with the vision of the
top industry in sustainable development with objectives such as value added
development, supporting skills training and innovation among employees and the
community, was reviewed.
Environmental protection, transparency and
health, energy management, development of infrastructure with shared resources
with the community, support for producers and service providers to local and
national communities, hard currency savings as well as informing the goals of
CSR were the main topics examined on the first day of this two-day training
course.
