8 cooperation
agreements between the petrochemical subsidiaries of TAPPICO and various
contractors in the academic, research and knowledge-based fields were signed
today (Thursday, May 18) on the sidelines of the second day of the 27th
International Exhibition of Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals in the presence of
Seyyed Solat Mortazavi, Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare.
The MC memorandum
of understanding for the Ghadir Petrochemical Chlor-Alkali project with Tadbir
and Fan Asia Company, the engineering, procurement, construction and
commissioning contract for the 20-ton hydrogen-fired boiler of Fanavaran
Petrochemical Company with Pakman Construction and Installation Company, the
memorandum of understanding for studies on optimizing and developing the value
chain of methanol and acetic acid of Fanavaran Petrochemical Company with
Mobarakeh Fan Gostar Oxin Knowledge-based Company at Pardis University of
Petroleum Industry and the MTO license memorandum of understanding for Petro
Olefin Fanavaran Petrochemical Company with China’s Dalian Company were signed.
In addition, a
memorandum of understanding for the construction of a mini LNG project for
Khorasan Petrochemical Company with the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry,
a memorandum of understanding for obtaining sulfuric acid from wastewater of
Shimi Baft Petrochemical Company with Niko Frouzan Taban Knowledge-based
Company, a memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation to perform all
consulting, research, laboratory, corrosion management, etc. services by Tekin
Co. with the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry, a memorandum of
understanding for the construction of a development unit in Abadan
Petrochemical Company with Maroon Petrochemical Company were signed.
The 27th
International Exhibition of Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals of Iran with the slogan
"Oil Industry, Technological Production and Optimal Consumption"
officially started on Wednesday (May 17) at the permanent location of Tehran
International Exhibitions and will run until May 20.
