Dehdasht Petchem Plant Overcomes Credit Obstacles

TEHRAN (NIPNA) -- The head of Dehdasht Petrochemical Industries announced the reopening of documentary foreign credits (LC), and stated that necessary coordination with a European bank has been conducted to facilitate the attraction of €57 million.

The latest status of the Dehdasht Petrochemical Project was reviewed in a meeting attended by Hassan Neshan-Zadeh, Deputy of Planning and Business Development of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group; Rashid Ghani, Special Assistant to the CEO of Persian Gulf Holding; Seyed Mohammad Moheb, representative of the people of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad in the Islamic Consultative Assembly; and Mohammad Shakri, the head of Dehdasht Petrochemical Industries.

Mohammad Shokri, the head of Dehdasht Petrochemical Industries, expressed his gratitude for the unconditional support of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group and stated that the Dehdasht project does not face any financial issues with the support of this conglomerate.

Referring to the reopening of documentary foreign credits, he said that necessary coordination has been carried out with a European bank, and conditions will be provided for attracting 57 million euros. In the near future, the project will witness further growth and speed.

Contractors should operate at their maximum capacity

Hassan Neshan-Zadeh, Deputy of Planning and Business Development of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group, appreciated the efforts of the management team of the Dehdasht Petrochemical Project and stated that they expect the pace of this project to increase in the coming month, although positive changes have already been made with the appointment of a new head of this company.

Referring to the Dehdasht Petrochemical Project, he said that the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group has successfully operated numerous projects of this nature, and it is not a challenge for this conglomerate.

The Deputy of Planning and Business Development of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group emphasized the participation of PetroPars and NarGan Group in this project and stated that these two entities should maximize their efficiency.
