and instrument air needs of methanol companies and other downstream
enterprises.
According to Damavand
Energy Company's Public Relations Department, the operation of the fourth
industrial gas production unit has been successfully completed. The injection
of this unit's production into the Damavand network will fulfill the oxygen,
high-pressure oxygen, nitrogen, and instrument air requirements of methanol
companies and other downstream enterprises.
This unit
boasts a production capacity of 73,500 normal cubic meters of various
industrial gases. Despite the challenges posed by unjust U.S. and Western
sanctions, the unit commenced production on August 10, 2023, and began
injecting oxygen to the main network for distribution to consumer companies as
of late August.
This
achievement underscores Damavand Energy Company's commitment to meeting the
industrial gas demands of Iran's vital sectors and ensuring a reliable supply
of these essential gases to support various industrial processes.
