Hossein Dorr, the
president of the National Cooperative Union of Downstream Petrochemical
Industries, referred to Iran Plast as the most important plastic and polymer
industry festival in each edition, known for its unique vibrancy.
Speaking about the 17th
edition of Iran Plast, Dorr stated, "What has been emphasized in this
edition is the attention to the role of associations and organizations in
downstream petrochemical industries."
He further discussed the
untapped potential of Iran Plast, saying, "One significant aspect in this
regard is the regional markets. The important issue is how the foreign guests'
presence at Iran Plast should be oriented toward targeted export growth."
The president of the
Downstream Petrochemical Industries Union expressed, "In comparison to
similar events like Mashhad Plast and Isfahan Plast, Iran Plast is considered
the largest polymer industry exhibition in Iran. Every year, producers,
consumers, and machinery gather, presenting their latest products and
technologies, ultimately driving progress in their production and trade."
The 17th International
Iran Plast Exhibition, with a focus on value chain development, support for
domestic production, and the promotion of local manufacturing, is taking place
from September 17 to September 20 at the permanent exhibition grounds in
Tehran.
