TEHRAN (NIPNA) - A specialized educational workshop on social security regulations for hazardous and difficult jobs took place on the final day of the 18th Iranplast International Exhibition.

The workshop featured Saghar Aliabadi, Social Security Services Manager at the Tehran Chamber of Commerce. Aliabadi outlined the challenges employers face with social security regulations, emphasizing the need for a thorough review and expert analysis of these laws.

According to Aliabadi, social security regulations classify hazardous jobs into two categories. She stressed that these regulations require significant revision to better address the realities faced by employers.

Aliabadi also noted that the chamber has published recommendations in the form of articles and books to assist employers. She pointed out that Iranplast, which is focused on producers, presents challenges for companies in terms of legal compliance during social security inspections.

The 18th Iranplast International Exhibition, held from September 8 to 11, features 288 foreign and 525 domestic companies, showcasing the latest developments in the plastics and petrochemical industries.
