Hosted by Tabriz Petrochemical Company and coordinated by the National
Petrochemical Company’s public relations department, the course took place from
September 24 to 26, 2024. The event was part of ongoing efforts by the Ministry
of Oil to align with digital transformation and modern technological trends.
During the training, participants were introduced to the latest
AI-driven advancements in public relations and communications. Topics covered
included AI tools for content creation, social data analysis, crisis
management, and enhancing engagement with stakeholders. AI was highlighted as a
critical tool in improving communication processes, speeding up information
dissemination, and enabling more accurate decision-making.
The course reflects the Ministry of Oil's strategic focus on
integrating cutting-edge technologies like AI into the sectors of oil, gas,
refining, and petrochemicals, aimed at modernizing operations and enhancing
industry-wide efficiency.
