2. Development Plans: Collaborate on designing development plans for the
petrochemical industry, focusing on non-governmental sectors and leveraging
national advantages, market opportunities, and new technologies.
3. Long-term Planning: Draft long-term and five-year development plans
for the petrochemical sector.
4. Oversight: Monitor the private sector's performance in managing
production units and ongoing projects.
5. Feedstock Allocation: Supervise and assess the allocation of upstream
feedstocks to existing plants and new development projects.
6. Legal Reporting: Prepare reports on the implementation of legal
provisions and clauses in five-year development plans and annual budget laws.
7. Inter-agency Coordination: Foster collaboration with Oil Ministry
units, petrochemical holdings, and regional companies to achieve industry-wide
objectives.
8. Project Evaluation: Assess and prioritize major projects to optimize
financial resource allocation.
9. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze company performance data to
generate fundamental and strategic industry reports.
