During a visit to the Petronad Petrochemical Park on Wednesday,
Abbaszadeh stated, “This facility has effectively advanced the completion of
the value chain and the production of high value-added products.”
He added, “All departments of NPC and the Petrochemical Special
Economic Zone Organization are prepared to support industry efforts toward
completing the value chain, leveraging all available capacities to minimize
crude sales.”
Abbaszadeh highlighted the importance of supporting smaller projects
that, despite requiring less investment and production capacity compared to
large-scale projects, produce practical and significant products.
He stated, “Development policies and planning must focus on producing
final products and prioritize balanced growth in the industry, considering the
value chain as a central principle.”
The Deputy Minister urged the management of Petronad Petrochemical Park
to actively address existing challenges and implement their development plans.
He encouraged shareholders in this valuable complex, which targets
pharmaceutical and hygienic industry needs, to execute their goals through
comprehensive and precise planning.
Abbaszadeh concluded by emphasizing the significance of entering
pharmaceutical industries, which aligns with national needs and ensures maximum
value creation. He noted that Petronad's products not only meet domestic demand
but also have the potential for export, making their venture into this sector a
successful example of completing the value chain.
